How membership works
- Each covered person gets one computer and one phone. Each plan covers one home.
- Hours roll over month to month.
- Every quarter, 50% of the value of unused hours is refunded to your card, or taken as a credit worth 60% on your next bill.
- No contract. Cancel any time. First month paid up front.
- Anyone outside the plan is billed at the non-member rate, or the plan is widened for at least a quarter.
- Billed in 15-minute increments. Remote or in person, same price. No surcharge if a specialist is brought in.
